- Mr. Jayeshankar currently heads various group companies of Adarsh group such as Adarsh Developers, Adarsh Realty and Hotels Pvt. Ltd, Adarsh Property Developments, Akarsh Residence Pvt. Ltd & others.
- Mr. Jayeshankar has been a pioneer in the development and construction of Villas in India. He is credited as the first developer in India to have developed the most prestigious Adarsh Palm Meadows Project, a gated community luxury villa project of 570 villas in Bangalore. Adarsh Palm Meadows has been extensively covered by the Fortune magazine, New York Times, Mercury News of San Jose, California, NDTV and several leading magazines. Adarsh projects have received several accolades.
- He is also credited to the development of several other villa projects, including one more prestigious project Adarsh Palm Retreat.

- Mr. Jayeshankar has also been a guiding force to the CREDAI Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India, Karnataka and served as its President from 2004-2006. Under his leadership, KOAPA emerged out with several innovative policies and practices for the real estate industry in Karnataka. Mr. Jayeshankar has been continuously contributing his time and efforts for the betterment of the real estate industry.
