Under his guidance, Habitat has successfully delivered value-added real estate engineering solutions which are also time and cost-effective. His expertise in all facets of real estate development including property identification, risk analysis, negotiations and project delivery have earned all Habitat projects an enviable reputation in the country’s property market.

Bhaskar has an inherent process-driven approach that has enabled Habitat to deliver projects, within the stipulated time and cost framework. In addition, his proactive management style has strengthened the leadership team to evolve logical and pragmatic solutions to challenges.

This analytical approach is further enhanced by his in-depth knowledge of the industry policy environment that includes town and country planning regulations.

His transition from a design-oriented architect to a process-driven land developer is a result of a knowledge and proactive approach to professional growth. He started out as a design entrepreneur with his firm ‘Thyavanagi Associates.’ benefited from his strategic leadership skills in all its joint venture projects.

Prior to co-founding Habitat Ventures, Bhaskar, in his earlier stints, designed and supervised construction of restaurants, hotels, corporate offices and manufacturing facilities. Bhaskar has worked on several government projects like office complexes, residential layouts, a hospital and a commercial complex.

At Habitat, he now plans the project scope, strategizes the macro implementation plan, enables build strong relationships with all stakeholders and handholds the projects over its entire life cycle.

Bhaskar T Nagendrappa has served as President CREDAI Bengaluru for the year 2021-23. He was the president Elect of CREDAI Karnataka and will take over as State President for the Term 2023-25. He is also a chairman for Skill Development committee at CREDAI National.
