Mr. C N Govindaraju, a first generation entrepreneur, is the Founder & Chairman of Vaishnavi Group,
a diversified real estate company with interests in Commercial, Residential, Retail and Built-to-Suit
projects. Established in 1998, Govindaraju envisioned a real estate company which will contribute to
nation building through the creation of state-of-the-art commercial and residential buildings to fulfil
the evolving and rising aspirations of the country.

leadership, Vaishnavi has delivered over 10 million square feet of commercial and residential
developments, boasts a rich roster of over 4,000 customers and 9 million square feet in the pipeline,
establishing it as one of the largest developers in the country.

the first developers in the country to actively deploy precast construction technology at scale
thereby delivering homes to customers much ahead of schedule. He has been equally invested in
