- Retiring from M/s Ferns Builders & Developers on his own accord, Mr. R. Nagaraj floated M/s Zonasha Projects which is into constructions of High-end Villa’s, Commercial Mall’s / Complexes, Creating furnished Infrastructure’s, Residential Layouts, IT Parks, etc., with a belief to attain excellence in the projects within set timelines, through uncompromising commitment towards quality, use of innovative and reliable modern technology with low cost in an prime location, having greater connectivity, aesthetic appeal, contemporary architectural design, using optimum space, having customer centric approach, and transparency in the work, with personification of Elegance, Status and Style where living is inspirational.
- Mr. R. Nagaraj has been passionate about CSR activities and has provided active support to BBMP during the Wake Up Clean Up initiative. CREDAI Bengaluru CARE Awards held in April 2013 was the brainchild of Mr. R. Nagaraj which received huge accolades from not only all the concerns of the State but from National CREDAI.
- Under the able leadership of Mr. R. Nagaraj the biggest ever CREDAI Karnataka Realty Exhibition had taken place and it was a great success.
- Mr. R. Nagaraj has been in the forefront to take up all the issues faced by the developer fraternity with Regulatory Authorities and Ministers and his efforts have been lauded by all the members in the Committee Meetings.
- He has been a guiding force to CREDAI Karnataka and CREDAI Bengaluru and all the Chapters, participating on legal issues. He has played a major role in orchestrating the speedy completion of the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) of Belgaum City. Under his able management the 9th Chapter CREDAI Karwar was inaugurated.
