- Raj is the first Indian to be on the Jury of the Urban Land Institute - Awards for Excellence. He is also a past member of the Urban Land Institute Global Jury. Raj is currently the Joint Chairman of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry - FICCI Real Estate Committee for 2023-24.
