Mr. Sushil Mantri, Founder of Mantri Developers Private Limited (MDPL), is recognized as a pioneer in opening FDI gates for Real Estate sector in India. His serious beginning in Real Estate happened in 1999 focusing entirely on the real-estate field. Under Mr. Mantri’s leadership, MDPL has delivered more than 40 million sq. ft. to date and has 22 million sq. ft. under construction that is spread over 5 metro cities viz. Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurgaon and Pune. - Mr. Sushil Mantri is from a traditional Marwari Maheshwari business family who is basically a Commerce Graduate, an extremely disciplined and focused & smart leader. An alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Mr. Sushil Mantri is an exemplary business leader with a clear vision for the industry, and served in the capacity of the Vice-President of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India). He has also served as a past-President of Credai Bengaluru and CREDAI Karnataka.

Initiatives such as Bannerghatta Road development, Sampige Road Metro Station, revamping of several Police Stations, Government-run Schools and many gardens and green spaces around the city are examples of such partnerships.
